Our Italian tours to Tuscany and Umbria take place in the Villa from the movie “Under the Tuscan Sun”. For seven nights we prepare specialties from Italy, including: Baked Artichokes with fresh Ricotta, Aged Pecorino and Italian Herbs; Roasted Bell Pepper, Arugula and Grilled Eggplant Salad; Seafood Risotto with White Truffle Oil; Salted Caramel Budino – Italian Butterscotch Pudding.
